Everyday Sharing Love....

Today is Unity Stamp Company's FFF and they are having a huge "Halloween 31 Sale" this weekend only. Unity is releasing 5 new kits for Winter CHA for this weekend only for on $3.10. So please stop by and purchase you some new Unity rubber.

Lately, I have been considering a lot of different decisions in my life which will eventually affect my SAHM status with my babies. God has truly blessed me to spend so much time to watch my two babies every little growth milestone. During both pregnancies, I was laid off during that time and place on bed rest. I found a job with my daughter when she was 14 months old but that was a blessing from God. I had been looking all while I was pregnant. He came right on time. God's plans are always better than what we can image. Now, with my son, he turns 9 months tomorrow and I am at that torn state again. I have been looking for a long time but some doors in different avenues has been opening up. So I am letting go and putting everything in his hands.

On a happier note, this layout has a picture of my two babies. This is one of those cute "everyday photos" of them. When I say everyday...those moments after long hours of playing, your hair has come loose, and we are just home carefree, and mommy takes a picture. Those are my greatest moments with my babies. I love spending quality time with them....

Mr & Mrs....

I have been intrigue by Ashley Newell's Embellish Magazine challenges. I am so excited that I had the opportunity to give it a try. The challenge requests using the colors, fushia, light pink, and grey. This is not a color scheme that I would normally put together and thought it would be a good challenge for me. Since I had my mojo working this week, I decided to complicate the challenge even more and use the Mojo Monday Sketch #110. So, this is my blog post for both challenges. If you have any free time today, please visit those two blogs.

Something a little Different....

Good Morning everyone! Well, for Unity Friends with Flair Friday, I am posting a card that I made the other day. Its not my typical card so I was worried about posting it today. I have one more request for the same theme of card. I think this time I will be adding more hand drawn items. Either way, my mom was happy with the card so it is already in the mail for someone else. So, let me know what you think. Have a great day!

I have been observing the Mojo Monday blog for a while and always wanted to attempt the challenges. Well, I started this card a couple days of ago and put it down. Since I have accomplished some of my organizing goals for the week, I decided to play with the card again tonight. I have been attempting more masculine colors lately and I think the card came out better than I thought. Anyway, thanks for looking!

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #17

Well, this is my first time participating in Dawn McVey's Raspberry Suite Challenge. I am beginning to love sketch and color challenges. It pushes me to create or use colors I wouldn't normally put together. I will start posting some of my layouts soon. Layouts are so much easier for me than cards. Enjoy the card!

Unity FFF #2

Yeah, its friday and I am still dealing with this cold. Please everyone take the time to visit Angela's blog for Unity Stamp Company and see all the wonderful customer creations for today. I wanted to make a special post just for Unity's FFF besides the projects I posted yesterday but I wasn't sure if my pounding headache would allow me to complete it. Thank God I was able to at least finish a small card for everyone. I am going back to bed now. Have a good weekend and thanks for looking!

Owner Challenge Blog Hop & Unity FFF

Well, I am back from camping and I decided to participate in the Owner Challenge Blog Hop created by scrapsketch. It was a good challenge to get your creativity flowing but too many challenges for me to complete in 2 days. Therefore, I will only post the few challenges I completed of the 13 challenge blogs. I also combined some challenges due to the time crunch I had and my cold. I linked the company's blog to this post just in case someone wants to join their challenge blog.

Also, this post will be considered for Unity FFF too. I had used quite a few of stamps from Unity Stamp Company for the challenges. Please visit Unity Stamp Company's blog on Friday at 10:00 CST for Unity's FFF day!

I combined the two challenges below:

1) Whimsical Scraps and Bugs - Create the bag topper that was shown on the blog. I created a bag topper similar to the blog based off the products I currently had in stock.

2) Just Buggin - Use a die cut and alter it. The orange letter die cuts were altered to be orange/black polka dot lettering

I combined the two challenges below:

3) The Chirper Challenge - Their challenge was called the "sweet" challenge. Add anything considered "sweet", include stamping and glitter. I added irridescent & pink glitter to the stamped ice cream cone.

4) Scrapbooks & Stuff - Use the following sketch to create a card/layout and must use the color pink.

Lastly, I completed the following challenge:
5) Peachy Keen Stamps - Use the image below to create a card.

Thanks for looking!
